Paradise Fitness Camp is founded by 2 trainers - Jeff Andora and Anna Chin. Both of these internationally certified trainers are known to bring great energy level to the classes creating a motivating and enjoyable atmosphere for you to train!
The Paradise Fitness Camp team will make sure that each and every workout that you attend have great laughs and giggles in between the sweating and huff-n-puffing! :D

I grew up in a home where battles with weight were a part of everyday life.I too was going down that path until I made the decision to take control.My own before and after pictures are all the proof I need to remind myself that the war with weight CAN be won.
Everything I put my clients through, I have already done myself.For 12 years now, I have been training people to improve their bodies.I have diligently recorded every workout of each client and have basically turned it into an ongoing 12 year science project.12 years of studying, observing and analyzing data, and coming to conclusions on which methods work the best and which ones do not work so well, in regards to creating big changes in the body.

Playing sports has always been a part of my life. Athletics, badminton, ice hockey, volleyball and basketball are some of the sports that I used to play regularly when I was younger. However, I have never believed in working out at the gym. Trainers at the gym did not provide the trust and expertise that I sought for, putting me at different ineffective machines without telling me the benefit of each. After attending several personal training sessions at well known gyms, I gave up going to the gym completely.
Then I tried the workout programs at PFC - I loved it! Not only were the workouts challenging, they helped me understand that I'm much stronger than I've always thought I was! I decided to become a trainer myself and in the process of becoming a trainer, I've learned that working out can be fun too! The motivation and satisfaction that I get from my workouts directly translate to my real life which has made me a happier and more fulfilled person!
Being a fitness coach, I have been trained the way that I will train my clients. I know what has worked for me and understand better than anyone that only the right intensity in a workout will bring results! On top of working out at the gym for health and fitness, my workouts are helping my performance in the other sport activities that I do such as Muay Thai boxing and badminton.
